Welcome!

The Bucket Brothers are a North Carolina-based band composed of brothers Logan and Casey Valleroy. Just 17 and 14, the brothers have performed a sophisticated repertoire of jazz and original tunes since 2012 and have been described as "off-the-charts talented."

CD release concert at Sharp 9 Gallery, Sunday September 18, 7-9 pm

The Bucket Brothers are happy to announce their upcoming CD release concert at Durham's Sharp 9 Gallery on Sunday, September 18, from 7-9 pm. The concert offers local fans an opportunity to listen to the brothers perform tracks from their "Our State” CD in an intimate jazz setting. The concert also will feature exciting new original tunes. Special guest Derek Kratzer will be accompanying the brothers on upright bass.

Logan and Casey shared their music over the summer with audiences beyond the Triangle—at the LEAF Festival in Black Mountain, OcraFolk Festival on Ocracoke Island, Pocahontas County Opera House in West Virginia, at a jazz house concert series in the Washington, DC area, and on WUNC's “The State of Things” with Frank Stasio on September 2. Logan also is featured in the October 2016 issue of Strings magazine as a “rising teen star” on violin.

First day in the recording studio!

Neither snow nor freezing rain could keep the Bucket Brothers away from the first recording session at Overdub Lane. We recorded four songs and are thrilled with how they sound.
